I have never been to one those fancy restaurants where the chefs cook in front you using fancy maneuvers. But I have seen it on TV a whole lot of times and man, does it look fab! I guess designer Chris Fox was impressed by the service too because his new creation, the Electrolux adaptable cooking grill concept, draws straight from it. The gizmo is designed to act as a centerpiece at your lunch/dinner service with modular plates connecting to form patterns and offering an interactive dining experience by letting your guests cook their meals to their own liking.
Each of the plates has its own heating coil and the set is powered from a daisy-chained single cord. The handy unit’s removable ceramic surfaces make it a breeze to clean though I’m sure the more innovative ones of us might even come up with a plan to get their guests involved in that “fun and interactive” activity as well!
