Electric three-wheeler for safe and sustainable commuting

Devised by Indonesian designer Eno Setiawan, the Electric three-wheeler is a low-cost and environmentally friendly city vehicle that allows brisk, safe and sustainable commuting on the packed urban roads. Accommodating two passengers (front and back) like a motorcycle, the three-wheeler generates power from an electric engine juiced up by a rechargeable battery and reaches a top speed of 80 km/h. Users can revitalize the battery by simply plugging it in to the electric plug. Measuring 2.2 meters in length, 1 meter in width and 1.7 meters in width, the electric vehicle allows entry to the cabin through a fighter plane inspired hydraulic system, which lifts the canopy to provide access to the commuters.
