Are you sick of the regular old earth-bound living room setups? I guess so was Spanish designer Jaime Hayon who designed this lounge on wings to inspire your flights of fantasy. The winged sofa design is called ‘Jet Set’ and is all set to show at the glorious Milan Furniture Show later on. With a glamorous hangar setting for a backdrop, the aero plane lounge comes complete with a glass cabin, leather wings, colored missiles and symbols alluding to love while the interiors on this unusual lounge is done in white gold mosaic tiles, leather inserts and a really cool lounge with padded white sofas. If only it could really fly, I’d stick my legs out of the plane, have a picture taken by a friend, and send it to all my relatives with the caption ‘just hanging out!’
