Automated Waste System ensures a clean and hygienic environment

No matter how efficient management you have, partially or completely open waste systems usually pollute the environment. An entry at the WT Award 2009, the Automated Waste System is a mechanized plant for the collection and storage of waste that could well be an ideal replacement for open bins. Collecting and transporting the garbage via a network of underground ducts, the new waste system keeps the roads and streets neat and clean and ensures a healthy lifestyle for residents. Controlling and regulating all the operations through electronic monitoring systems, the waste system works with a network of popes which takes the waste away from the residential area. The waste is compressed and accumulated in a special sealed container so it could be moved by a lorry, while a compactor with active filters reduces the volume of storage and reduces venomous smells. The underground waste system also helps in dropping the air and noise pollution by eliminating the vehicles used for the transportation of waste.
