Developed by Mathmos, the “Blob and Flow” are touch sensitive light pets to illuminate your desktop with a gentle glow. Made in caste zinc alloy and polypropylene, the light pets glows their eyes as soon as you touch or tap gently them with your finger. Available in blue-eyed Blob and feisty Flow models, the light pets generates power from either a mains adapter or USB (supplied), while the light effect is created by chip controlled LEDs. In addition, the user can make them wink as well. Measuring 70mm in diameter and 97mm in height, the portable device just weights 378g. If you are in the UK, you can get one for £35.
