Of late, auto designers seem to let their imagination loose to create something spectacular out of the blue. And designer Anne Forschner, a Pforzheim University graduate, is another participant to run the wild-goose chase. For the designer has popped up with a vehicle concept dubbed “BMW Lovos” that when in motion can well be taken for a frightened porcupine running for its life. Featuring a exterior finished with small pieces covered in solar photovoltaic cells to harness solar energy or possibly to be used as individual airbrakes, the futuristic vehicle will possibly generate power from electricity produced by the solar panels. Check out more images of the concept vehicle after the jump.
