News, information, or research, whatever the case may be, a writer relies heavily on his gadget paraphernalia to record every moment of his study, so that he can recollect the information gathered in a coherent manner. The Experience Recorder by designer Valeria Fuso is a product that takes researching to a different level. To be worn on the hand, the recorder gives a different perspective to world as we see it. It has the capability to record photos, videos, sounds and even the temperature. Embedded with a movement sensor, the device records audio and stills and replays the gathered information on the computer.
The Experience Recorder is very intuitive in the auto mode. It decides for itself what it wants to capture and in which medium. In the manual mode, for recording a video one needs to make an “O” sign with the fingers. This position is treated as the viewfinder for the device and captures videos. It is a very refreshing innovation that takes inspiration from design masters like Achille Castiglioni.
