Right! If this is what our cars and bikes are gonna look like in the future, I definitely think I’ll be better off taking the bus or walking on my own two feet for sure. I mean I do give Andrew Leinonen full points for innovating on the Segway, but the Gemini Personal Transportation System sure looks more like what they might use in prisons to torture troublesome inmates than what I’d like to drive around town in. I’m impressed with how the designer used gyro sensors in tandem with an electric motor to stabilize the bulky structure on two wheels, but this thing looks way too crampy since I’m guessing its supposed to shut up around you like a body armor which again seems very cool in theory but might not be practicable in real life when you just want to stretch your legs and relax a little bit after a whole day spent at the office!
