Conceived by designer David Rollins, the “Stroller” is a unique baby carriage that replaces soft material with a hard shell to allow complete protection to young kids. Featuring concentric forms that wrinkle into one another, the new stroller can be used as both a flat, rear-facing orientation for newborns and a tilted, forward facing orientation for toddlers. Comprising two molded halves that roll into a larger shell connected to a traditional metal frame, the stroller allows great flexibility to provide just the right amount of shade or sun with adjustable inner shell. All parts of the stroller rotate around the same axis, while safety belts keep the toddler safe and intact within. When not in use, it rolls the inner shell into the outer shell and retracts the handles into the metal frame for easy storage and transportation.
