The “FLKS” by Dutch designer Louwrien Kaptein is a modular furniture unit that turns any vacant space, in your home as well as office, into a flexible workspace. Made in poplar, birch plywood and stainless steel, the utility furniture opens its panels in a 90° angle, which can be arranged to turn it into a functional workstation. The workstation can be installed with little effort within no time. All the users need to do is unfold the table and the chair and plug in for light, and start working. The FLKS when not used as a workstation folds flat to become a room divider. Moreover, it occupies very little space for storage and, unlike those bulky and spacious workstations, can be transported from one place to another with minimum fuss.
