Drawing inspiration from multidisciplinary sources, such as urban planning-architecture and naval design, Australian designer Antoine Damery has come up with an amphibian pavilion named the “Fluid” that can be sailed to other coastal cities around the world with ease. Developed for World Expo 2012 to be held in Yeosu, South Korea, under the theme “The Living Ocean and Coast: Diversity of Resources and Sustainable Activities,” the floating exhibition space becomes a vessel to support multidisciplinary tasks while encourageing sustainable resources. Presenting an evolution of architecture, the futuristic living building is designed to adapt futuristic need, which without doubt is gonna be full of uncertainties.
