Inspired by the old toy Menaco, the Hardcore is a collection of unusual and unique furniture units made from anodized aluminum profiles, plastic and stainless steel components. Designed by Hardcore Design for both indoor and outdoor use, these furniture units are equipped with castors and wheels, electric motors, car seats, black lights, LEDs, nautical fenders and underwater motors. The aluminum profiles are cut, perforated and joined through stable or flexible joints to produce the desired forms. The consecutive articulation of such 2-D forms allows the construction of 3-D objects. The handmade Hardcore collection is designed and manufactured in Athens, in the workshop of Dionysios Skalos. The Hardcore furniture units are peculiar and will definitely pick on your pockets. All I doubt about the Hardcore chairs is the comfort.
