The “P-NUT” (Personal-Neo Urban Transport) is a vehicle concept from Honda that offering a clean and brisk ride explores the packaging and design potential for a vehicle conceived exclusively for the urban environment. Showcased at the 2009 LA Auto Show, the three-seater features an angular body enclosed by glass (including roof), allowing a wider range to the driver as well as commuters. Designed to support a variety of drivetrains, together with an effective gas engine, a gas-electric hybrid or a pure electric setup located in the rear, the hybrid vehicle removes side mirrors for a backup camera to assist the driver. Accommodating the driver in the front middle and two passengers behind to either side, the P-NUT doesn’t have much trunk space for luggage and other things.
