Jazzy new Maserati Lamp by Lumina

maserlamp ICLTV 1333

In spite of my very obvious gestures of dislike for decorative things that look like car parts, my car-obsessed beau still insists on getting me all this crazy car-inspired stuff to ‘warm-up’ my living room, as he likes to put it. Which is why this Maserati Lamp by Lumina is like the last thing I need to see. I mean cute miniature car models, Ferrari-inspired coffee mugs and a giant poster of the an Aston Martin Vanquish are still tolerable but I think i’ll really lose it if I had to stare at a glowing Quattroporte grille with a Maserati logo flashing in my face day in and day out! Sure, the sheet metal backed with opaline glass etched with the grille design is supposedly something that causes men to emote so powerfully, and sure its quite an honor for a lowly living room lamp to be officially licensed by the Modenese automaker, but for me, and most non-car crazy femmes out there, this Lumina original is just another one of those quirky little car-thingies the men in our lives keep bringing home to remind us that they actually care about the relationship enough to gift us something they’d rather deck up their own apartments with. Sigh!
