Victor Vetterlein, the New York based architect/designer is out with his latest design, a floor lamp named ‘Meeraboo FL-1’. This would be the second piece from his Meeraboo-2007 Collection. The one common characteristic of these designs are the white rounded shapes amalgamated with linear designs. Illuminated golden interiors are another startling feature that his collection. This floor lamp is 60 inches (152.4cm) in height, and 24 inches (61 cm) wide. The body of the lamp is made up of fiberglass and acquires a finesse of white gloss. The interior is features gold leaf. This lamp is designed in such a way that it reflects on the floor. The lamp also includes an internal adjustable light source and a removable panel on the side of the lamp. These features make the lamp more functional and accessible too. Big news is that the third and final piece of the Meeraboo-2007 Collection which is a ‘LC-1 lounge chair’ will be out soon too.
