An exquisitely crafted three-sectional bench with every section made in a solid ash and plywood, the Harmony boasts of a unique structure curtained on two sides with innovative vacuum-formed styrene panels that are upholstered with long-pile artificial turf. The modernist structure of the Harmony essentially seeks to fuse together th disparate elements of the experimental with the minimalist thought process that result in a free flowing module that best represents the piece’s post-modern roots. The use of artificial turf for upholstery adds a charming connective to the natural world which also pays a fitting tribute to the industrious progress that man has been able to achieve.
