Taking cue from his previous lighting experience, designer Michael Sillitoe is out there with a conceptual lighting design that illuminates to highlight the geometry of the room. Dubbed the “Neon Conduit,” the lighting employs six-meter long pure white glass tubes, varying from 20mm to 30mm in diameter, to emphasize the three-dimensional details of different architectural elements of the house. The new lighting system, unlike the conventional lights, avoids vivid colors and looks for illumination and color temperature to draw attention of the onlookers. Combining the three-dimensional detailing with an architectural yet intimate scale, the Neon Conduit gives a whole new dimension to the household lighting.
