I love origami. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that I’ll take anything and everything that utilizes the ancient Japanese art form. A good case in point would be this Origami Spoon created by Michael Sholk. Made from paper, plastic and silver foil, the spoon does a bad ass job of looking good on a china cabinet, but that’s about all the use you might be able to put it to. Although I can think of at least a dozen pranks that this spoon could play a major part in (think hot soup!), I think the concept is best suited for design shows and competitions only.
