Expressing his passion for the Sony PlayStation, Australian student designer Mark M has created a coffee table that integrates a giant PlayStation controller as its base. Made in plywood, MDF and veneer, the DIY coffee table features a glossy finish, white for the controller and black for the buttons, to attract avid PlayStation fans. Though there is nothing techie about the coffee table, still it took over 20 weeks for completion, which looks justifiable after seeing the precise form and position of the buttons. The PlayStation Controller Coffee Table will give an opportunity to ardent admirers of the PlayStation to decorate their living area with a functional replica of the console.
