Richmond Gardens uplifts the face of Bournemouth town

bournemouth 01

Appointed by Grosvenor and Tonstate Group, the CZWG has come up with the design of Richmond Gardens to revitalize Bournemouth town in United Kingdom. Accommodating a 173 bed hotel, 120 affordable homes and 1,500 sq m of office space, the £50m mixed-use development will bring social and economic benefits and lift the face of the English seaside city. Featuring stepped roof terraces to provide outdoor space, the buildings also take advantage of extensive sea views. Motivated by Bournemouth’s rich Art Deco past, the proposal will liven up the existing Richmond Hill multi-story car park with five new structures by bringing new residents into the neighborhood.
