Spinning Disc CD player carves a name for itself

Spinning Disc is compact disc player that plays the disc with half of it exposed to the air, like a saw blade cutting through a plank. It’s a pretty simple concept designed to make the user more conscious of the playing mechanism of the disc, by ensuring that the disc spins in full view. Though simple, it is still an artful work of genius. The disc cuts through the wood, just like music cuts through our gloom; it’s a very good working metaphor. The metaphor of the saw blade is further enhanced by the dimensions of the speakers, which are identical in width, length, and thickness to the section of wood that the disc is ‘cutting.’ It is nice to see such a beautiful blend of art and technology. To make the device more aesthetically similar to real saw and wood, the entire Spinning Disc system is made without any external wires, since there are no wire on planks. The speakers communicate wirelessly with the central disc player, which runs on battery power. The whole illusion is properly maintained, and the system is appealing in so many ways.
