Celebrating the handmade aspect in modern design, Stanley Ruiz has designed a new compilation of designs entitled ‘The New Organic.’ The concept makes use of the synthesis of dexterity and diligence. He used a copious supply of branches, and sub-par natural Manzanita twigs, and has come up with a really productive show of modern design. Each handpicked twig is sliced and gathered with cautious reflection and spur-of-the-moment fabric treatment. The contrast of silky steel and twisted branches, brilliant white paint, and ornately brown bark is impressive. It’s set to kick off at the forthcoming International Contemporary Furniture Fair mid-month.
