Completely made from discarded industrial components, the Tally table by Willeke Evenhuis is unique and truly aesthetic. Willeke Evenhuis is known for creating products that show complex structures and patterns built into the outlines of simple shapes. The table top for the Tally has been made from large slices of aluminum welded together. The thinner profile slices within the frame are glued together in various translucent layers of resin. After the epoxy gets hard, the table surface is sanded and polished. Every Tally table is different from the other as the table’s top surface design depends on the profiles available at the time. Each table takes a long time to be built and the top surface looks more like a complex puzzle. Available in two pre-set sizes (custom sizes on request) and in a choice of three translucent colors, the Tally table carries a starting price tag of £2708.
