Coffee in all of its glory can be rich and flavorful, drawing people to start their busy day at work. Taking the tang of the coffee to its best, designer Matt Morozov has devised a refined coffee maker called “The CoffeeMate” that makes use of a pH meter, a device widely used in laboratories, aquariums, beer and wine factories and food processing units, for measuring the level of acidity in your cuppa coffee. As coffee with low acidity is considered a bit smooth, while on the other hand, coffee with a higher acidity has a brighter, more lively flavor.

Everyone has his or her own preference, but we cannot duplicate the perfect cup of coffee on a daily basis. If you can find the right acidity for the coffee each time you make it, by monitoring how strong you make the coffee, then making a consistent cup of coffee can be relatively easy. This is what the concealed sensor on the CoffeeMate does; keeping check on the time you wish to steam the coffee, so that you can also measure the acidity as a reciprocal effect. Reaching an ideal level of acidity the CoffeeMate lets you know that your taste is made and thus your acidity level’s in kept in check and the coffee too can be enjoyed. It is ideal for the home or the office for the discerning coffee drinkers, so guys, enjoy the coffee your own perfect way.
