Giving a relatively masculine look to the Volkswagen Beetle, if compared to its ancestor, Belgian designer David Cardoso has developed the next generation Beetle to attract more male, rather some, buyers in the days to come. Looking like Alfa Romeo MiTo / Renault Clio hybrid, the 2012 Volkswagen Beetle concept runs on a drivetrain with an all-electric setup to reduce at least the carbon footprints of the rider. Though we are short on other technical specifications, still one thing is clear that the Beetle concept will have to cover a little more distance to keep up with the current slew of European hot hatches and super-minis.
