Corb Clock based on Le Corbusier’s modular system

corb clock

Commemorating the works of great Swiss architect and designer Le Corbusier, California-based designer Karl Picha has come up with an innovative clock dubbed the “Corb Clock” or “Spatially telling time” that features 10 Swiss Frank bearing Corbusier’s picture at its background, determining the color scheme of the timepiece. Made in white acrylic, the hands laser cut clock measures about 5.5 inches in height and 12 inches in length. The clock seems to be expanding or as if it were a smaller object but has expanded due to time passing, which you may relate to Corbuier’s designs based on the modular system for dense populations. The Corb Clock also bears mystic designo white and metallic orange color patterns from Mercedes Benz and Nissan respectively.
