Due to complete in May and open to the public in September 2009, the Design Museum Holon designed by Professor Ron Arad is a symbolic structure that represents the devotion of the Israeli city to culture, education and social commitment. Constructed as a part of the City’s Vision for the last 14 years, the Design Museum Holon when opened to the public is going to be one of the leading destinations for native as well foreign visitors. Spreading in a 3,700m² area, the monument structure will host intercontinental exhibitions related to fashion, lighting, industry, accessories and jewelry by contemporary designers. Committed to lead a process of positioning in the field of design as a landmark in the Israeli society, together with an individual language and vital component of culture, the emblematic structure presents a unique interaction between the appearance of a space, its role and the experiences (of course, mesmerizing) to the visitors.
