Keeping in mind the growing demand of convertible chairs that can be used in small spaces, Designers at Large][design consultants have come up with a multi-use piece of convertible furniture that can work as a dining chair, side table, small coffee table or bench. The furniture dubbed FlatFish 1.1, however, is used the most as the table or bench. The designer firm claims that the seat and chair back-tabletop of the furniture are hand-crafted from molded plywood. The company has added that they can custom finish the furniture in a variety of veneers and high gloss colors. The legs are of steel and are available in a variety of plated or powder coat finishes.
The company said that they do not waste any scrap material which comes out while designing the furniture and all the scrap is used for creating additional products. The company calls the scraps as Remainders and considers them as precious resources.
