Sport utility vehicles have often been considered ideal for off-road long drives, but the latest concept vehicle dubbed “GT Crossover” by Sam Johnson seems to change our perception about SUVs by making them a bit cheaper and practical for the masses. Accommodating the driver and passenger in a tandem formation, the zero-emission vehicle locates the cockpit to the right, while the left side gives space for a long storage area, which is spacious enough to store and transport a pair of surfboards or other bulky items. Generating power from a 190hp electric motor, the GT Crossover just takes as little as $5 for charging to achieve a range of over 300 miles. Featuring a 190 horsepower (140 kW) electric motor drivetrain and wheelbase of 2880mm, the GT Crossover measures 4500 x 1800 x 1380mm (LWH). Check out the video after the jump.
