Greeting cards may have been one of the most conventional and widespread ways of sending your greetings to your family and friends, however, with modern technology at your disposal, now it’s time to go digital with the “LCD Card” to share your feelings with your loved ones. Fabricated by Yellow Owl Workshop, a cottage paper-goods company and studio run by artist Christine Schmidt in San Francisco, the LCD Card features digital-style debossed fronts to customize your message in the two rows of eight grooved squares with a regular marker, while the raised sections directs the users to move the marker in a precise manner. Finished with recycled paper, the LCD Card not just lets the users go digital but also helps you to be the part of the green drive (for just $5) going on across the world.
