Lack of public luxury vehicle for professionals (esp. in developing and underdeveloped nations), apart from security, is one of the major concerns the keeps top business delegates away from the third world nations. Addressing the issue, designer Vipin George from MIT Institute of Design, Pune, India, has come up with a public luxury vehicle called the “Urban Business Taxi” that apart from offering security also presents a hi-tech work environment for business delegates. Featuring two seating positions (sitting and working) for the passengers, the Urban Business Taxi measuring 6500 x 2300 x 2100 mm (LWH) is big enough to take the place of small cabs, which will help in reducing the traffic on the road. Capable of carrying 10 people (eight passengers + two drivers), the luxury vehicle is just ideal for business conferences on the move.
