Electronic gadgets, equipped with the latest technology, may have made life quick and easy for us, but increasing e-waste across the globe has also posed some serious threats to the eco system. However, US designer Brenden Macaluso has popped up with a unique computer case design that will not only work as efficiently as your regular computers, but help in sustaining the environment as well. Named ‘Recompute,’ the new computer case is finished with corrugated cardboard that just requires a motherboard with processor & memory, power supply and a hard drive. The Recompute makes use of existing hardware, while the users can also customize external hardware for additional flexibility through its 8 USB ports with minimum fuss. At the most, the users doesn’t require any tool for disassembling the cardboard computer, which allows separate recycling of the electronics and case.
