This architectural masterpiece by Pascal Arquitectos is the Pedregal Shoping Center that stands high in the Mexico City. Its structural design alienates itself from the rest of the world as its main facade is constructed of a zinc plate with large irregular perforations and translucent laminated glass sections. These glass sections act as borders between the outer and inner world. This mammoth creation, which stands on total area of 7,000.00 m2 and designed with special energy saving resources, features two commercial levels, a roof garden and two underground parking levels. Its automatic controlling system guards its lighting and extraction control, opening and closing facade rolling doors, air conditioning, security and control access, prevention signage and CCTV. With such a huge area, indoor parking facilities and automatic guard systems, shopping would be a whole new experience. Have a look!
