One+ is a housing concept nestled away from the hustle-bustle of crowd. Designed by the Swedish company Add-A-Room, the architecture is a creation by Danish architect Lars Frank Nielsen. The concept is an inspiration to build a home through prefabricated modules, and makes use of 15m square rooms as building blocks. Each of these modules can be used as single unit, or combined together for a bigger and better design. The use of energy efficient windows and doors and Swedish materials makes it a sustainable place to reside in. Since, the house is built away from the city crowd so as to streamline the process, the price of the house starts at around $35,000.
