The Mini Baseball Mitt Custom Phone, designed by phone artist Mike Irwin, is based on the Signature Lou Gehrig Mitt, named after famous ’30s baseball player Lou Gehrig, who bore the nickname ‘The Iron Horse’. The miniature baseball mitt is about half the size of regular baseball mitt, measuring 5 inches across, compared with the regular measurement of 12.5 to 13 inches. It is made with thick, plush leather, which means the baseball lovers who buy them will also appreciate them for quality. In addition to its quality, it also provides some variety in color and style; although the actual colors of the glove are constant, the phones come in choices of Pink, Green, and Blue, all translucent.
Also, it comes in catcher’s and fielder’s style, in addition to the Lou Gehrig style. Although the phone has the same features as regular phones, and is not very remarkable in its own design, the leather and the appeal of the mitt design make the Mini Baseball Mitt Custom Phone worth the $129 it costs to own one.
