Designed for De Cecco Spa, the new Business Center in Pescara, Italy, by Massimiliano & Doriana Fuksas is a three-dimensional architectural structure that combines two apparently different structures to form a dynamic constitution. Comprising a low height building with a punctured plane that becomes the base for the “annular” building on top, the unified structure makes use of natural light via random floor openings, which creates diagonal views through levels. Spread in a 6,300 square meter area, the business center integrates a water plane, resembling the river Pescara, at the sixth floor, giving the structure an iconic look. Estimated to cost about € 20 million, the structure will provide a perfect place to meet, work and relax.
